Holding a BA Honours degree in Professional Development in Early Years, as well as specialist training in SENCO and Speech Therapy, Steph is committed to ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive.

Bobbi Sowe- Bobbi is a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager who works tirelessly to ensure every child reaches their full potential. With specialist training in SENCO and Speech Therapy, she is highly skilled in supporting children with additional needs and fostering inclusive learning environments. Currently completing her Foundation Degree in Early Years, Bobbi is committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Laura Jolleys- With over 15 years of experience in early years education, Laura is a dedicated, loyal, and hardworking Deputy Manager who is passionate about creating a fun and engaging environment for children. She is SENCO trained, ensuring that children with additional needs receive the best possible support, and is committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
Currently working towards her Level 5 qualification in Early Years, Laura is also a Physical Development Champion, promoting active play and movement to support children's overall health and well-being. Her enthusiasm, experience, and nurturing approach help make Your Nursery Ltd a stimulating and supportive place where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Chloe Heatley is a dedicated and hardworking Senior Practitioner who plays a key role in leading her team to provide exceptional care and learning experiences for children. As a Team Leader, she is committed to supporting her staff, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Currently working towards her Level 5 qualification in Early Years, Chloe is passionate about professional development and delivering the highest standards of childcare. She builds strong partnerships with parents, valuing open communication to support each child’s individual journey. Courtney Casey- At Your Nursery Ltd, we are incredibly fortunate to have Courtney as our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). With specialised training and a deep passion for inclusive education, she is a tireless advocate for ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive.
As a dedicated team leader, Courtney provides exceptional guidance to staff, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment where all children can flourish. Courtney started at the nursery as an apprentice when she was just 16years old. Throughout her time with us has developed and flourished into an incredible senior practitioner. Her leadership, expertise, and unwavering commitment make her an invaluable part of our nursery family.
Amber Brotherton- At Your Nursery Ltd, Amber plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly. As our dedicated Administrative Assistant, she ensures the day-to-day operations of the nursery are well-organised and efficient. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of our team.
With a Level 3 qualification in childcare, she not only manages administration but also enjoys spending time in the rooms, supporting children's learning and development. She has built fantastic relationships with parents and is always there to greet everyone with a warm smile, making our nursery a welcoming and supportive space for all.
Emma Ramsden- At Your Nursery Ltd, we are proud to have Emma as our dedicated Baby Massage Therapist. As a Level 3 qualified practitioner, she works closely with our youngest children, seamlessly incorporating baby massage into their daily routines. Her gentle, calming presence and patient nature create a soothing environment where babies can relax, bond, and thrive.
With a deep understanding of child development, Emma uses her expertise to support each baby’s physical and emotional well-being. Her nurturing approach helps promote relaxation, digestion, and overall development, making her an invaluable part of our nursery team.
